My dishwasher stopped getting water in..I can hear the motor cranking and it spinning inside but it is bone dry. I'm not sure what to do....

The first thing you should check is the float on the right front corner of the tub (#305 on parts breakdown) it could be stuck in the up position. If so clean it and the shaft it sits on it may start working.

If that isn’t your problem make sure water is coming to the washer.

If you have water and the float is not stuck the water inlet valve is most likely the problem.
