Just replaced the element, checked the exhaust venting-not clogged, but the dryer will heat up and sometimes shut down without drying the clouths. I at first thought it was the vent so I turned it on and went outside and there was plenty of air coming out, so I replaced the element..no luck. Now I'm confused-HELP!!!!!

Take off the top and you should find a tech sheet which will take you through some trouble shooting routines.

Also, determine if this is happening in both automatic and timed (manual) cycles or just one.

If you need more info, please post the results of what you find from above along with your full model number so we know we have the right Duet

Thanks, good luck
