How do I remove and replace the door assembly on my microwave? I have a new door and the existing hinge plate that my door hinge pin fits into cannot be loosened and give me enough space to take the old door off the hinge. It seems to be permanently welded to the frame. Could someone give me some advice or directions on how to remove the old door assembly and install the new one onto the microwave? Any help would be greatly appreciated. My e-mail address is joe.nichols@juno.com.

1. Disconnect the power supply cord and remove the oven from wall and remove outer case. 2. Open the door and block it open. 3. Discharge high voltage capacitor. 4. Remove the hood exhaust louver from the oven cavity by pushing the right and left tabs of the hood exhaust louver. (Refer to the procedure of "HOOD EXHAUST LOUVER REMOVAL".) 5. Insert a putty knife (thickness of about 0.5mm) into the gap between the door stopper and the choke cover to free engaging parts. 6. Lift up the door stopper. 7. Now, the door stopper is free from the door assembly. 8. Lift up the door assembly to release the upper and lower door hinge pins from the upper and lower oven hinges. 9. Now, the door assembly is free.
1. Disconnect the power supply cord. 2. Open the door and block it open. 3. Remove the three (3) screw holding the hood exhaust louver to the oven cavity. 4. Pull the hood exhaust louver from the oven cavity by pushing the right and left tabs of the hood exhaust louver to remove. 5. Remove the louver covers A, B, and C from the hood exhaust louver Now, the hood exhaust louver is free. Good Luck and Thanks, :) :) :)
