Fridgidaire Dryer FDG336RES2: When I start the dryer without clothes, it seems to work fine... good heat, runs through the whole timed cycle. But when loaded normally, it starts and heats, but in a little while, the heat shuts off and will not return through the cycle. There are no obstructions in the exhaust tube. I am suspecting either the High Limit Thermostat (AP2107111)or the Safety Thermostat (AP2152884). Any thoughts?

Most likely the problem is a bad gas valve coils.

Thanks Gene, since they hold the valve open when the dryer is empty, I was leaning toward one of the thermistats, but now that you have replied and I think it through again, the extra weight of clothes could tax the motor enough to slightly reduce the current available to the coils... weak ones won't like that. I'll change them out. Thanks again.
