Burners work fine but oven bake and broil is erratic. Sometimes they don't work at all, other times they turn on and off without reaching the set temp and sometimes they seem to work fine.

I'm not sure if it is the control panel or the thermostat. How can I tell what is going on? The problem started about a month ago with erratic changes in temparature.:( Now I turn the oven on and the indicator light does not go on at all sometimes. Also I turned it to bake and nothing then turned it to broil and it started working and when I turned it back to bake it was working???

Thank you for any help

The model number you provided is incorrect.

Verify and repost it, please.

Best regards.

the model Number is GRMR3620 SW-2 :D that is what is written inside the drawer. It is a30" easy clean range with a glass top. It is not self cleaning. I bought it in 1999 at future shop if that helps. I can't find the user's manual so I'm not sure if there would be a different no on that.

Thank you so much for your help

Hi Effy,

This is not a valid GE model number or it's made to sell outside the US.

Look for the name plate on the frame behind the bottom drawer or under the top panel.
