Tom,
I replaced the thermister temp sensor in the FF compartment and the damper control door opened and then closed soon after. although i hade the setting set from #5 to #9 on the dial it still doesn't seem to be cooling the FF side correctly.

If the damper control door operates does that prove it is working properly ? or should i consider replacing the louver door assembly?
Thanks,
Tony

That is a possible problem. It is hard to check it from here. Have you been able to check the freezer temp, if so what is it? If you set the setting to 5, while the refrigerator is running, and let it sit for about 10 minutes, then come back and set it to 9, and see if the door stays open. If it does, then immediatly closes, replace the louver door assembly. Tony, this frig is no named the money pit!!!!! Tom www.applianceeducator.com:eek:
