My 14 months old whirlpool cabrio Model # WTW 5500XL0 is not moving forward. Once I laod the machine and press start button, the lid lock light starts blinking and it continues for a while then start washing. When washing is done, it stays there doesn't move forward to rinsing, spinning- nothing. I have to press the start button twice to make it move to rinsing and do the same back and forth for each step. What could be the prob and how can I fix it. I'm not an expert in repair, so write me the details please.
