The relay with the 2 blue wires connected to the large terminals is the motor relay while the relay with the 2 red wires connected to it is the heater relay. To check the motor relay switch the motor and the heater relays by swapping the wires. Start the dryer as you always do. If the motor will start normally, replace the motor relay. If the same problem still exist, replace the control board. - The motor relay Part number: AP3037419 - The control board Part number: AP4319168 Gene.
