hi -I have a thermador DW model DW245uw the unit will not drain but washes fine :eek:

The best way to find out if the problem's in the motor is by checking for 120vac directly at the motor when it should be draining. The drain motor is right in the front, just behind the kick plate. Removing the door panel makes access a bit easier.
