hi I have a kenmore dryer that the door will not stay shut on? We replaced the door strike, door catch, and door spring. still no luck? we tightened all screws in door and made sure there were no pennies or anything around edges.. What could the problem be? I am back to tapeing it shut.lol

Well Misty I am certainly mystified

I can only think of two unlikely situations. One, you have the wrong or bad parts. Here is what is listed for your machine

Part number: AP3094183
Part number: AP3094183

and two

your door is really closing enough and your door switch is bad?

Not much help, am I, but this is a mystery
