My upper over quit working. The display is dead and there is a sound something like loud hair clippers coming from the relay board. I disconnected the board and the sound stopped. The lower over works just fine. Could this be as simple as replacing the relay board? Would this cause the display to stop working?

One repairman said it was the relay board, but then never called back like he said he would. The next repairman said it was the clock assembly and maybe the relay board as well (over $400 in repairs). Not sure who to believe/trust.
