Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/26/2009(UTC) Posts: 1		We have a Kenmore Elite bottom drawer freezer and it showes an ER IF message...we changed the water filter thinking it may be that and it still shows. Everything..milk, water, veggies, etc freeze within a day in the refrig. We have tried unplugging to reset it and nothing works....any ideas??

Sears keeps all technical information for this refrigerator as a top secret. Unfortunately we do not have any access to it. Gene.
