I have two problems with my dryer: 1) Dryer timer stops at cool down and will not continue to the off position, but still runs. 2) Dryer will run, but does not heat up and timer doesn't move from the 60 minute mark (or any setting on the knob) Both problems are intermittent (sometimes the dryer works fine and then I have either problems describe above). Thank You..

I would check for bad connections at the back of the dryer were the power cord connects to the dryer.
