Water running slow, takes over 1 min. to fill an 8 0z. glass. I was told it may be a valve. Line is not kinked that I can see and the water pressure is good.

Pull the larger plastic outlet hose from the water valve in the back and press the water dispenser, if water pressure is low, replace the valve. Also, loosen the input line and make sure the water sprays out to verify saddle valve on the water pipe is ok.
