it does not appear to be overflowing with water, it is making ice. we had not been using the ice maker for awhile which was a problem with the water line becoming clogged with calcium. we cleaned and cleared the water line and also installed a filter for the water line. when we started the icemaker up again, by the next day it started leaking water into the refrig as described in my previous message. any ideas?

Remove the back panel of the fridg. locate the water solenoid, and stick 115 volts to the water solenoid valve, then see where the water is going in the freezer, you may have a bad water line or a partially iced up line spraying water in the freezer.
