Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 2/16/2012(UTC) Posts: 2		I was able to get the front trim ring with this good advice: pry up with a butter knife on trim ring, on lower lip where two slots are. at same time, be pulling lower trim ring down and out to get it free. Inside the part 11 has broken plastic that holds the switches in place.
