Water and ice dispensed through front door. Would not dispense ice cubes only crushed ice. Replaced time delay Module and problem not resolved. Need help.:cool:

That model number didn't seem to be correct but if it starts with 363. it was made by GE. If you take the ice bucket out and look behind it you should see a little hole (about an inch) that a metal lever (from the ice bucket) goes into. What happens is when you want cubes a solenoid will lift that rod up. Open the door (with the ice bucket out) press the door switch and press the button to get ice. You should see the solenoid lift up and if you don’t the solenoid may be bad. If it does lift up post back and we will go from there.
