We are still dealing with the fan on our jennair cooktop, I had a repairman come out from a certified dealership & paid him $90 to tell me there was nothing wrong with it. "The fan just runs loud, because it needs to move a lot of air." He also said the whole cooktop works at 240Volts.

My husband bought a voltmeter & checked the voltage going to the fan------it read 240V. According to the copy of the manual you sent us, the fan is to run at 120V.

Does this mean there is something wrong with the circuit control board?
Any help you could give us would be appreciated.
