Washer is running ok but smell coming from the Washer tank like damp (mildew) water. I don't see any water leak or water remain in the inner tank. I don't know some how water remain in the outer tank and built up damping water or mildew. After the cycle water is pump out but some water remaining in the bottom of the hose.

Try using a product especially made to clean washers, like Affresh which you can get from this site.

My washer is doing the same thing...its an Estate made by Whirlpool.....I've tried everything and nothing has worked...some friends had a washer that did the same thing and they ended up buying a new washer...but so far it doesn't make my clothes smell just the laundry room....if you find anything that helps let me know...thanks
