My clean light blinks 7 times... I have already replaced the heating element and done the control panel resets i.e. heater, normal, heater, normal... I have also turned up the inlet water temp at the source to about 120.
I am very handy and this is driving me nuts... everything I have looked at on the net points to the previously stated fixes. Is there anything else I can try before calling in a $100/hr service man?? I have already spent $80 on the heating element...HELP!

Did you check the heating element before you replaced it?
Did you check the hi limit thermostat?
Gene.
