My refrigerator is blowing out cool air and not freezing. I checked the evaporator coils for ice buildup, there is none. I checked the continuity of the temperature control knob it tested fine. My compressor is making a different hum. Is there a way or technique to test the compressor? The condensor coil is warm at the top and cool at the bottom I don’t know if this normal. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

You probably have refrigeration problems for a pro. to look at, either a refrigerant leak, or a bad compressor.
