Dispensed ice normallly, then got very, very slow. Seems to have resistance when manually turning motor, augur seems to turn.

Remove the auger motor and check the motor bearings for rust. Try to lubricate them. If it would not help then replace the motor. Remove the ice bin. Wash it with warm water. Make sure it is completely dry before installing it back.
