My icemaker has been limping along but now seems to be terminal. Get some ice but water continuously drips in to ice bin and turns everything in to one big clump of ice. Do I need an entire new ice maker? Thanks for the help as usual.
Also, slightly unrelated...some parts in fridge need replaced. Both crisper drawers are fine, but "track" they ride on are both broken. What parts do I need? Glass is fine.
One of the shelves in freezer door has broken guard. the plastic part that holds the item on the shelf???? Part number?

Locate the water inlet valve on the back of the refrigerator. Remove the wires from the red solenoid (1/4" tube connected to). Wait 30 minutes and check if it's still dripping water into the ice maker. If it does, replace the water inlet valve. The "tracks" are a part of the shelf. You have to order the shelf frame for the upper drawer and the cover for the bottom drawer. The door guards are no longer available. - The water inlet valve Part number: AP3103466
