Water leaks in to frig area and in the bottom on the freezer, it is not the ice maker. It seems that when it trys to defrost it runs in the frig. How can I fix this

The drain is stopped up, to repair this remove the cover off the back of the freezer. Once off you should see the coils and under the coils you should see the drain hole covered with ice. Remove the ice and force hot water down the drain with a turkey baser until water flows freely down the drain. Once the drain is free mix water with baking soda and pour it down the drain. Hope this helps! Refrigerator repair guide
