I have a Whirlpool dryer that no longer heats to dry clothes. The unit runs but does not generate heat. Per your suggestions - I checked the circuit breakers to ensure they were not tripped. I made sure the dryer is getting 220 volts of electricity with a multimeter. I checked the main terminal for any damage - couldn't see any. I checked the thermal fuse for continuity with the multimeter - it is good. I checked the heating element for continuity - it is good. I also checked the thermal cut-off for continuity - it is good. The only place I did not find continuity is on PN: 3387134, it has continuity from the two poles that are further apart but not on the two that are closer together, it does look like a relay so i think this is normal. Still no heat. Any other suggestions?

3387134 is a cycling thermostat, if the dryer don't heat on any cycle I doubt it has anything to do with part # 3387134.

Sounds like you may have a faulty timer or motor switch.
