I have a GE Profile, Model PSH23PSSC SV. The refrigerator side won't go below 39 degrees even though we have it set at 37. The temperature fluctuates between 39-42 degrees. The freezer side is working properly. We already changed the main board and that did not make a difference. We turned it off for a day and then back on and the problem still exist.

This sounds like a definite air circulation issue. First thing I'd be curious about is if the door were left cracked open overnight at any point as this would cause a frost buildup at the damper assembly. If not then the next suspect will be a damper mechanism failure as this would prevent cold air from being properly circulated to the fresh food section. The damper assembly part number is AP3184950. There is a damper door assembly part number AP3140379. Also, there is a fan motor which could cause an issue. This part number is AP3958584. Many times, a frost buildup will cause the failure of one or more of these components. Normally, dis-assembly is necessary to determine what parts if any are required for repair. Holler back if I can provide any more assistance. =]
