Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/12/2009(UTC) Posts: 1		I have a kenmore 110.86661100 electric dryer. It is not getting hot & the knob stopped turning when it is on a more heat cycle. It does run and the knob turns when set to air only.

You can temporarily short the wires to the thermal fuse located near the top of the heater housing and see if it will heat up.
