our Maytag wall oven model #cwg402 will not ignite. The ignititor lights up but the gas is never released. We are thinking its just the ignitor but are stumped at how to replace it. Do we need to remove the entire oven we can not seem to find any instructions. The ignitor is easily visible but then the wires go through a quater sized hole in the back panel of the oven, which we do not know how to remove. Please help!!!

The lower panel that covers the bottom of where the broiler is where the wires go and connect to the security valve that allows the gas to flow from the regulator to the burner. Mine has went out and I have the same problem. The part NC-4125-5 Part#: 7501P113-60 seems to be no longer available but I have not given up. I know there is one out there to buy if not I will take my current one apart and try to fix it. Some people have said if you tap it; it will cause the release of the valve and will work for a short time. I will try that first, will let you know if it does. Hope this helps...
