My two year old GE Washing Machine suddenly "stopped" agitating and spinning today. Per the video published on GE's website, I "reset" the motor. No change. The tub fills with water and the water drains. Absolutely no agitation or spin. Thanks so much!

You need to take off the front panel and observe the motor. The motor has an inverter which flashes green lights as an error code. Here is a link on how to interpret them if the video you wantch did not tell you how.
