We have had this machine for about 15 months and it just can't balance. It's not our first front loader so its not likely load size. We have bubble leveled the machine then tried to fine tune the load balancing for hours. When we think is is set, the very next spin will just thump around for 10 or 15 minutes trying to balance. Right now a normal load takes about 33% longer than the cycle timer. Repair has come out and replaced shocks and counter weights but neither have had any impact. The machine is installed on the ground floor on ceramic tile on a concrete slab so the base is solid - no pedestal. I'd like to keep the machine but I'm not happy with this balance issue. Any thoughts?

Hi Tempus
Sorry your service call did not solve your problem.
I am not experienced on Samsung, and we do not get many posts for that brand on this Forum, so I doubt if others are experienced either.
My first recommendation is that you call back the folks who serviced the machine and make them fix it. You paid to have the machine fixed, not to replace some parts and they ought to make a service call for free (and charge you just for any new parts)
If you cannot get satisfaction I suggest you post on some other Forum and see if you can get better info
Good luck, sorry we could not give you more advice.
