Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 12/28/2011(UTC) Posts: 3		Just in case anyone else runs into the same problem that I did and finds this post, I found out that the fastener is a pop-rivot. To remove it you must use a small drill bit and then you will need the new rivot (2-piece) parts and the rivot tool to connect it. I had to call a repair service to perform the install. So much for do-it-yourself.
