What and how do I take apart to access the diode part # AP4310285 in the microwave.And when I discharge the capacitor do I ground both contacts at once or one at a time?

Hi Mike,

The best way is to remove the microwave from the cabinet and remove the microwave outer case.

Here is the instructions on How to discharge the capacitor.
