Hi, I have a Kenmore Range model 880.545024P4 (purchased at Sears Canada). Model will not come up in searches...I have tried. I pulled the model number from the nameplate on the unit. I, as many, received an F2E1 code error. An appliance technician replaced the control board but the error continued. He speculated the issue was with the Glass PCB Assembly but the part is not longer available. It is a shame as the stove has only been used a handful of times and is practically brand new (secondary stove for our basement kitchen). The stove top works perfectly, however, the oven will start up but once the beeping sound kicks in the oven stops working. I have removed the Glass PCB and realize it plugs into the control panel via a 11pin connector. If the glass PCB panel which controls the oven is the issue can a different control PCB be used as an alternative - given the pin connector is the same with the same stove functions?

Yes, it probably does not come up because it is a Sears Canada unit.
The Sears Canada parts site stinks at least that is the opinion of another Canuck.
I can tell you that the 880 prefix designates that it actually a Whirlpool unit.

Perhaps take the part number off the control board and try using that to find the Whirlpool model number.
The control panel number may also help but it will only get you an alternate Sears model number and you have to get a US Whirlpool number for any decent tech info.

Here is a site with lots of manuals in the "Downloads" section.
with luck you may be able to find it.

You have to join the site to download the manual but it is free and this is a very good site for manuals and other info for the appliance repair DIYer.

The control boards and keypads are unit specific and cannot be swapped for other unit's parts.
