Hi,

Our JennAir Stove says Power Loss on the touch panel. The time on the stove is incorrect but does change minute by minute. We have tried the following:

1-Replaced the electrical panel with absolutely no change in the message.
2-Checked the voltage on the outlet. It is fine.
3-Tried pressing the cancel button and also tried holding the 2 buttons for 3 seconds that are supposed to "unlock" the control panel.

I guess I'm wondering if there is any other way to reset this oven. Obviously is must have power or it would not be able to display this message or display an incorrect time.

Please, any suggestions....even if the suggestion is buy a new stove...
If I can fix the problem that is great...but at this point I don't want to buy any more expensive parts unless it will fix the problem.

Did you ever resolve your issue with the power loss code? I am asking because I have the same problem.
