My washer agitates o.k,and the drain pump is o.k. but the spin is slow and has no torque.

Hi JonandJanc Sounds like your clutch assembly will need replacing. When you take off your agitator inspect the drive block, and if that is ok proceed to replace the clutch. Here is a good link on how to do that. Clutch Replacement on Whirlpool and Kenmore WashersGood luck, let us know if you need more info
