Hello all. I have a stackable washer/dryer that has begun to give me problems.

1) I have noticed that after a wash cycle, the floor in front of the unit is wet. I have removed the front, and underneath the washer itself is completely dry. The washer box itself is also dry, but we usually wash once we go to bed so the metal could dry while the carpet would remain wet. Could it be overflowing? My wife does tend to get as much in it as possible.

2) Two nights ago, when the unit went into spin mode, it started to grind and rattle. The motor is working but nothing moves. I tried to run a cycle today and the tub filled but it did not agitate and I again have the grind/rattle. Now, it will not drain.

If anyone has any clue what it could be along with the whereabouts of an online repair manual for fixing the part, I would GREATLY appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!!!

1. Pump seal maybe dripping.

2. Check the motor coupling.

Here is the service manual.
