But the other sections of the refrigerator are always cool. I've cleaned everything in the fridge, and all the fans are working. Is it a problem with the refrigerator control? I'm not sure whether I should replace them.

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 3/10/2009(UTC) Posts: 1,363		The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent between the freezer and fridge.The fan in the freezer blows air through it. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the fridge temp .If it's not then it could be a mechanical problem with the damper or the control it's self.
