The top section of my refrigerator is always warm, with water dripping near the vent. But the other sections of the refrigerator are always cool. I've cleaned everything in the fridge, and all the fans are working. Is it a problem with the refrigerator control? I'm not sure whether I should replace them.

The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent between the freezer and fridge. The fan in the freezer blows air through it. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the fridge temp .If it's not then it could be a mechanical problem with the damper or the control it's self.
