Our refrigerator is not vary cold and the freezer is not freezing.
I hear no fan running. I found the part number AP3191003 an evaporator fan. How hard is this to install? Or would I be better to call a repair man.

The fan isn't hard to install. I assume your isn't running? If the evaporator coils behind the back panel of the freezer are icing up because of auto defrost failure that will stop the circulation of cold air Your evaporator coils frost up in normal use and every eight hours or so the entire unit shuts down and the defrost heater comes on to melt the frost. If this is the case check defrost heater, defrost thermostat If the heater and thermostat are ok it’ll be the motherboard, part 801 on diagram 10.
