We have a Kitchen Aide Supurba double oven (with extremely low milage) that is totally dead. Immediately after a severe thunderstorm we lost power to our house. When the power was restored I had to reset several of the electrical breakers. After resetting them I noticed that the oven control panel was totally dark and that the upper oven door was locked.

Can anyone advise:
1) how to locate the model number of the oven;
2) how to unlock the upper door;
3) whether there is an internal fuse that may have been blown by the storm; and
4) if so whether the fuse is easily replaced or will require a service call.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.

All the best!
