Hello, The freezer section has frost on the back plate, but isn't really frozen, and the refer side is cool, but not cold.
The fan inside the freezer is blowing, as is the fan that blows over the coils.
Any suggestions?

After removing the back panel it is frozen solid. About every 3 days i have to take a hair dryer to melt the ice before.

Remove the cover over the motherboard in the back of fridge., and remove the 3 pin power connector. Stick a jumper wire between the Li pin and defr. If the freezer defrosts, you have a bad motherboard, just order on this site. If not, you probably have a bad defrost heater in the freezer.

The motherboard has a 3 pin power connector. On the pc board. the one pin has (LINE) on it, the outer pin has (DEFR). The jumper goes between these two pins on the removed connector.
