Kenmore dryer 110.82182200 heats up but fan doesnt work. If i order the blowerwheel do I need something else to make it blow?

I cannot find any documentation on your model, but I can say this.
Your blower wheel is driven by a motor, and it would seem that unless there is something unusual going on, if the motor is operating the blower wheel will turn, and if the motor is not operating replacing the blower wheel will not help.
Look and see if the motor driving the blower is the problem before replacing any parts.
