I am having problems with my washer not dashing. After the water runs the washing process is minimum. The dasher moves back and forth but not strong enough to clean the clothes. I find myself taking my hand for the first few minutes helping it to dash. I have changed these little plasics pieces that fit into these grooves. I'm not sure if this have anything to do with it but when I remove my fabric softener piece water gets underneath. But the fabric soft. piece shakes and I don't like the sound. Help Please!

I wasn't bothered at all by the large font...I could actually read it without reaching for my glasses! With the machine off, try to turn the agitator (I'm guessing that's what you mean by "dasher") both directions. If you can, the dogs need to be replaced.
