The water dispenser on my Kenmore Coldspot side-by-side refrigerator is leaking water at the full flow rate.

The dispenser bar is all the way out (off position). The DISPENSER LOCK button is on, and this is keeping the flow off for now.

I hear the valve click when I press and depress the dispenser bar.

How can I diagnose a solution to this problem?

Also, how do I remove the front cover if I have to get into the water and ice dispenser?

I wonder if the dispenser switch is at fault.
