I had a repair person come out he said the buttons were bad. Is that the control panel or the electronic board?:) I would like to know what to order? So I can do it myself.

The j1 ribbon cable is poorly designed and get fried - you can order manufacturer PART NUMBER: 6-919847 - but unfortunately problem will recur after while because of poor design. :mad:
