I need help fast. We ordered a new heating element and upon taking it off we did not note how the wiring should have gone back into the thermostat. I have switched it around a few times and turned on the dryer by it still is not heating up at all. Anyone know how the wiring should go exactly and any tips on how the thermostat should be set in it? We are not sure we even had the thermostat turned in the right way. The dryer does work but just no heat at all. We are not appliance repairers lol but I have kids and clothes are packing up and we can't afford to hire anyone to fix it right now so we are the repairmen for now. :( Here is what it looks like right now......

Do you have a meter? Can you check for continuity through the thermostat?

I'm not sure. I'll check and see. What should it say when we do check it?

Get your meter. I'll talk you through the process.
