Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/1/2009(UTC) Posts: 4		I have a Whirlpool fridge with frost build up on the line in back fridge does not cool I am tryhing to find the defrost timer,thermostat , and defrost heater The diagrams I am pulling up do not look like my unit ?? Help

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 3/10/2009(UTC) Posts: 1,363		Part 4 on diagram 2 is timer. Defrost thermostat is 35 on diagram 7. Heater is part 33 on diagram 7. If this doesn't look like yours, try to find another model number. Look at the evaporator coil behind the back cover in the freezer to be sure you have a defrost problem.
