The right front burner with a combined 6" and 8" element completely stopped working. The surface unit light will come on but the element does not come on. I replaced the burner, but it still does not work. I am almost positive I put the contacts on the new burner the same way as the old burner but need directions to show what color connection goes where. Can you please give me directions to for the connections?
THanks.

Have you checked the old heating element for continuity prior to replace it?

Very likely the problem is a bad infinite switch for this burner.

- The part number for the switch is AP2622889

The wiring diagrams suppose to be inside the control panel or on the back of the range.
