ok here iam again just replace defrost heater and sensor still no change lower bottom on coil still frozen what next to check or replace . this unit is only 3 yrs on :confused:

also check defrost timer, defrost thermostat. In most newer models the timer has been replaced by an electronic control board. If the heater and thermostat are ok it’ll be the control.

how to test defrost timer can you let me know and where is the defrost timer and thermostat located any help of the location ty
