Yes, compressor is warm/mildly hot to the touch and the fan is not working.

Does the compressor vibrate?

If it does not, can you hear a clicking sound from the compressor once in a few minutes?

Manually rotate the fan blade. Would it start?

The compressor is warm but does not vibrate or click that I can tell. The fan will spin by hand but stops and will not turn on its own.

You may want to replace the condenser fan motor and the compressor start device.

- The condenser fan motor Part number: AP3778594
Part number: AP3778594

- The start device Part number: AP3962960
Part number: AP3962960

Is the condensor fan motor on the bottom back side? The fan inside the freezer was working. Where would be a good place to order these parts, and thanks for your help.

Yes, this is the fan motor next to the compressor. You can order the parts from AppliancePartsPros.com by clicking on the part numbers or pictures.

Thanks for the quick reply and link for ordering parts. I ordered the fan motor and starter relay and rec eived them fast. The fan motor I recieved is not correct. My original fan motor part number is Panasonic UDQR003WB and has totally different mounting holes, a larger shaft with a screw on shaft point to install the fan blade. The fan motor I recieved is Panasonic part number UDQR107W3. I have attached a photo of both fan motors. How do I return the incorrect part and get the correct one?

Hi. I believe we have run into this before. There was a up date change of the condensor motor in which you will need to also order the mount bracket Part number: AP3695732
Part number: AP3695732
. It will be available by Jan. 12th. If you can align one bolt through the screw hole in the origional mount and tie- wrap the other side to the mount momentarily to correct the cooling issue until you get the correct mount. Sorry about the inconvenience. Thank You.

Hi Sir. Please disregard my last reply. We have located a much better solution to this issue. There is a complete fan and bracket assy. Part number: AP4330510
Part number: AP4330510
availiable to use. Just a note to make sure that you pull the condenser air out of the coils and across the top of the compressor to get the most efficient cooling performance. Thank You.

So, I have to buy another fan motor just to get the fan blade and bracket? Isn't there a fan blade (plastic) and just the bracket for this motor?

(edit)

I am able to mount the fan motor on the existing bracket, I do need the plastic fan blade that I guess just pushes on the fan motor shaft. I hope the fan blades are not too large for the bracket. What is the pn for the replacement fan blade?
