My 20 year old Badger 21 1/3 HP In-Sink-Erator Garbage Disposal has a very small hole in the front of the unit that is causing a water leak from the unit. Do I need to replace the unit or can this be repaired and how?

At 20 years of age, retire it. If you can affore a new 1/2hp or greater, the upgrade will be powerful enough to dispose the chicken bones.
